Web what?

OK, so I admit it. I knew that my newest teaching position would be a challenge, but I wasn't always aware of just how many things I'm clueless about being that I didn't take Media courses. I am learning about Web 2.0 tools, and I think I understand this blogging info quite well. I moved on to understand the thought/purpose behind the 2.0 movement, which I do get and agree with, but some of the language - OMG (to use computer terms)! I always was teased when I was younger about my affinity for big words, but I have no idea what some of the terminology I read about meant! I guess I'll be carrying my online Webster dictionary with me to muddle through some of the info. I can chalk up some points on my vocab, though, and maybe it will help me in Scrabble or Balderdash?
