Whirlwind week

Sometimes I am amazed at how quickly time passes! This past week has been incredibly busy- I've been working late nights with family literacy night and conferences, worked hard on hosting my sister's baby shower, and Russ had lots of child duty, long work days, and the Life Time world record spinning class this weekend (he was even on TV for a brief moment today!). We are both pretty wiped out, and I feel like I need another weekend!
Though time has been busy, it's been fun! I had such an awesome time at my sister's shower, and hope I did her justice. It seemed like family and friends enjoyed it as well. As Russ was at the Target Center at 5 AM today, we had a chance to meet up with him in between his duties, and we took Grayson to the Children's Museum. We had a fantastic time, and he especially loved the water room. It was hard to peel him away from the exhibits, but a promise to come back helped a little.
Nolan is growing well, almost 30 weeks! I am amazed at how good I feel, outside of the achy back and stiff joints from sitting or standing too long. I feel humongous, but I am happily that way. It's hard to believe he could be here in 7 weeks! We have been chipping away at getting things ready; I hope I don't forget the basics! I am really excited for the coming weeks, especially with the promise of Spring in the air.
