Haircuts and Hissy-fits

Another weekend down - we were quite busy, actually. Taxes are complete for the year, I am busily prepping for my sister's baby shower in 2 weeks, and I had the chance last night to enjoy some scrapping time with Sara and Emily. I look forward to these nights every time they come, and I am sad when they're over. We had a great time catching up and attempting to get some "work" done on our pics as well.
Grayson continues to make us laugh and scream in frustration at the same time. He is such a funny child, and notices everything around him. He is very busy and active, but is starting to understand that I have a few limitations to what I can do because his baby brother is inside of me. Today, we somewhat successfully cut G's hair for the first time. I was a bit timid at first, but he cleaned up pretty well! We also took some time to enjoy the sunshine and make an attempt at playing in the crunchy snow of the neighboring park. We went for a walk along the perimeter of the park to the entrance of the woods, and Grayson was intent on finding the "wild animals" that he knows live in the bushes by the park. His imagination makes me smile! We also spent some time with Rob, Tami, and Taylor, and my exhaused child was quite the drama king at bedtime, but he went down pretty quickly. Monday, here we come!
